Payment Method:
We use PayPal as our secure checkout payment method. You do not need to have a PayPal account as you may now also pay by Visa, Mastercard,
Discover Card and America Express by using PayPal. Please review PayPal's privacy policy and note that at no time is your credit card
information viewed by or released to Bunny and Bee.
Shipping & Handling:
Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping via Standard First Class Shipping. All items are shipped via First Class or USPS Priority mail.
First Class is the method used for shipping for all items including their packaging, weighing 13 ounces or less. All items weighing more than 13
ounces, packaging included, are shipped via Priority Mail. We require 7-10 days for shipping from the date of your purchase transaction, as
our products are custom made to order. If an item is immediately available, the shipping time indicated above will likely arrive in 5-7
business days, if not sooner. You will be notified promptly by email if any items are out of stock or delayed - please be sure to provide
a valid email address so we may contact you. It is also imperative that you provide a current and accurate shipping address. We will not be
held responsible for items not received and we want you to receive your Bunny and Bee products promptly. Because our products are all
custom made and printed, we will occasionally be out of stock of the item that you have ordered. When we run out of stock we will contact
you to offer you the option of ordering an alternative product or waiting on your order. Again, all of our designs are custom printed and
on occasion, production runs are being completed which may require a delay.
Rush Order Requests may be accomodated on items in stock via telephone orders - additional shipping charges will apply.

International Customers:
Please contact Bunny and Bee prior to completing any purchase transaction. All payment transactions through our Shopping Cart are in US Dollars.
Please consult your local bank if you need currency conversion details for countries other than the US. International customers must contact us
prior to your processing your Shopping Cart purchase so that we may provide you with a shipping cost quote and to confirm whether we are able to
ship to your address and region. We reserve the right to cancel any international order. If this occurs, you will receive an e-mail and a full refund.
Taxes:
All California residents will be charged normal required retail tax on their purchases with Bunny and Bee. This tax will be charged at the time of
checkout and will be itemized and reflected in your final purchase total.
Return/Exchange Policy:
All sales are Final. All of our products are custom made to order and therefore we are unable to accept any returns. Please
make your selection carefully. Exchanges are only allowed with advance authorization from Bunny and Bee and such requests must be made within 10
business days from date of purchase. Exchanges are authorized and only permitted if wrong item is received and this will be verified against your
purchase transaction records. We carefully inspect all products prior to shipping and an incorrect item being shipped is not common. We will not
be held responsible for incorrect selections (sizes, colors, styles) made on orders. All exchanges must be received in original packaging with tags
attached, must be unworn, unwashed and must be accompanied by proof of payment from PayPal.
We strive to provide the utmost in customer satisfaction,
but as all of our items are custom made to order, we do not allow any returns and exchanges must be approved via email prior to any exchange transaction
taking place.
